Innergy Integral, LLC was founded in 2023 by Larry C. Smith III, Jarred Bonert, and Dustin R. Walling. We oversee all aspects of the development process, from site selection and acquisition to financing and construction. Throughout the process, we prioritize communication and transparency, keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way. Our goal is to deliver projects that exceed our stakeholders' expectations, on time and within budget.
Our team has directly managed multifamily mid-rise, multifamily high-rise, multifamily low-rise, student housing, data centers, historic renovations, affordable housing, and commercial projects across the Pacific Northwest and the Southwest. When we review a draw request for a bank, we are not reading from a checklist. When we manage a project for a developer, we are applying decades of field experience.

With over 20 years of experience in business strategy and development, Jarred M. Bonert brings a unique perspective to construction advisory. His experience leading business development teams, fundraising, and developing successful partnerships has given him the tools to navigate complex construction development projects with precision.
