Innergy Integral, LLC (“Innergy Integral,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at innergyintegral.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

We will alert you to material changes by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

What We Collect

Information You Provide

When you submit the contact form on our Site, you voluntarily provide us with:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your message and the service you are inquiring about

You are under no obligation to provide this information. If you choose not to, we cannot respond to your inquiry.

Information Collected Automatically

Our web server logs minimal request data (IP address, request path, timestamp, user-agent) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. This is normal infrastructure logging and is not used to profile visitors.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you give consent. If you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner, Google Analytics 4 will then collect:

• Your IP address (truncated by Google before storage) and approximate geographic location
• Your browser type and operating system
• The pages you visit on the Site, and how long you spend on each
• The website that referred you to our Site
• The date and time of your visit

If you reject analytics cookies, none of this analytics information is collected. This data is collected in aggregate and is used to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, your information is transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker to Resend (our email delivery service) and delivered to our team at info@innergyintegral.com. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list, share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, or sell your information.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns on the Site, which pages are visited most, where visitors come from, and how they navigate the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. We do not combine analytics data with your contact form submissions.

Cookies and Your Choices

Our Site uses a minimal set of cookies, grouped into two categories:

Strictly necessary cookies. A small number of functional cookies required for the Site to operate correctly (for example, remembering your cookie preferences). These cannot be disabled and do not track you across other websites.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information and are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

How to manage your cookie choices:

• All visitors: analytics cookies are off by default. On your first visit you will see a consent banner; no analytics cookies are loaded and no analytics pings are sent until you choose Accept all. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie Preferences in the footer.
• Reject all: keeps you on essential cookies only. No analytics data is collected.
• California residents: the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer opens the same preferences panel. Disabling Analytics there constitutes a valid CCPA / CPRA opt-out.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a Reject-all decision — no banner is shown and no analytics are loaded.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

Contact form submissions are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connection and delivered to our email inbox through Resend’s infrastructure. We retain your contact information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records.

We do not store contact form submissions in any database separate from our email system. No security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in connection with the Site:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law.

Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Innergy Integral, our clients, or others.

Children

Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

California Privacy Rights (CPRA / CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights:

• Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you.
• Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Use of Google Analytics on our Site may, under California law, qualify as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To address the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), Google Analytics is loaded only after you affirmatively accept analytics cookies; nothing is recorded or transmitted to Google before that. To opt out:

• Click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page, and disable Analytics, or
• Enable the Global Privacy Control in your browser; we honor it automatically.

To exercise your other CPRA rights (know, delete, correct), email us at info@innergyintegral.com from the address you used when you contacted us, with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days.

European Privacy Rights (GDPR / UK-GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent UK law give you the following rights:

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object.
• The right to withdraw consent for analytics at any time via Cookie Preferences in the footer.
• The right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Legal bases for processing:

• Analytics cookies — your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), collected via our cookie banner.
• Contact form submissions — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Security and abuse prevention (e.g., the contact form honeypot) — our legitimate interest in protecting the Site.
